CRBrowserMain thread unable to callback IOThread

I am using cefsimple application,
In CefRunMessageLoop(), after CRBrowserMain thread calls app_get_browser_process_handler(), IOThread should be created to call app_get_browser_process_handler().
IOThread is not spawning and cefsimple application is just stuck. Can someone help with the possible reason for this ?
