In DCEF3 (3.2171.1979) i'm using the crmBeforeDownload callback in order to save some files when mimetype is application/pdf, this works nicelly. Hower in some cases this procedure is not called. Even when pdf file correctly downloaded and displayed.

I noticed that in HTTP response header i have a Content-Disposition header set to inline; filename=file.pdf is inline doing something wrong ?

Or what can be the reason for that crmBeforeDownload callback not being called ?
