What behavior to expect on windows XP for CEF?

I know the later versions of chromium have dropped support for windows XP. Does that block CEF entirely from operating on that OS or is it just undefined behavior and expectations at that point?

2623 is the last branch to support XP. Do not expect newer branches to run on that platform.
