Allowing user to enable/disable access to webcam/mic

Postby callum » Thu Jan 14, 2016 2:39 pm

I added the 'enable-media-stream' flag to the command line in CefApp::OnBeforeCommandLineProcessing() but I would also like to give the user fine grained control over which sites are allowed access to it.

Is there a way in CEF to hook into the query that appears in desktop Chrome with my own "Foo wants access to your camera - allow ?" dialog?

Or is removing that command line parameter entirely and disabling all access to the camera/mic the only option?

(Using CEF Windows 32/2526 and OS X /2171)

Finer-grained control is possible but not currently implemented in CEF.
