Am I right in the assumption that the proxy resolving stuff is done in the "CefRuntime.Load()" call, once per process, no matter how many browser window instances I create afterwards?
If yes, I could do the "CefRuntime.Load()" call somewhere at the start of my application (maybe even in a background thread?) to do other things in the foreground so that the user not even notices any delay as the proxy resolving is already done.
Is this a good idea?
